Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 24 August 2026
Last Updated: 24 August 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Nutrifusion (“we”, “us”, “our”) to a client (“you”, “your”).

By making a booking, engaging our services or proceeding with an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable health screening, informed consent or other documentation provided to you.

Our Services

Nutrifusion Wellness provides nutrient infusion and related services delivered by appropriately qualified and authorised healthcare professionals.

All services are subject to appropriate health screening, clinical assessment, informed consent and professional requirements.

A booking or request for a particular service does not guarantee that the service will be provided.

Our healthcare professional will determine whether a service is clinically appropriate and whether it is appropriate to proceed based on the information available at the time of assessment.

We reserve the right to modify, delay or decline a service where clinically or professionally appropriate.

Clinical Assessment and Suitability

Prior to receiving a service, you may be required to complete health screening and provide accurate and complete information regarding your health, medical history, allergies, medications and other relevant circumstances.

You are responsible for providing information that is accurate, complete and current.

You must inform our healthcare professional of any relevant changes to your health or circumstances before the service is provided.

Providing incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information may affect whether a service can safely be provided.

Our healthcare professional may determine that a service is unsuitable or should not proceed.

Where a service cannot be provided on clinical or professional grounds, this does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Informed Consent

Before receiving a service, you may be required to provide informed consent.

You will be given an opportunity to ask questions and discuss relevant risks, benefits, alternatives and other information relevant to the proposed service.

You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Where consent is withdrawn, the service may be discontinued.

Bookings

Appointments must be booked through the booking methods made available by Nutrifusion Wellness.

A booking is considered confirmed once the appointment has been accepted or confirmed by us.

No deposit is required at the time of booking unless otherwise expressly stated.

We reserve the right to request payment or other booking requirements in particular circumstances where reasonably necessary.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is required for the service provided.

Payment may be required immediately before or following completion of the infusion, as directed by [BUSINESS NAME].

Accepted payment methods may include those displayed or communicated at the time of booking.

If payment is not made when due, we reserve the right to suspend further services until any outstanding amount has been paid.

Travel Surcharge

Our services may be provided at the client's nominated location.

A travel surcharge applies to locations more than 30 kilometres from our nominated service base or service radius.

The travel surcharge is calculated according to the location of the appointment and may vary depending on the distance and travel requirements.

The applicable travel surcharge will be communicated to you prior to the appointment where reasonably practicable.

The travel surcharge is payable in addition to the advertised service price.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances may change and will endeavour to accommodate reasonable requests to reschedule appointments.

Where possible, cancellations and rescheduling requests should be made as soon as reasonably practicable.

We reserve the right to charge a reasonable cancellation or late cancellation fee where an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at short notice and the fee has been clearly communicated to you before the booking.

Any cancellation fee will be proportionate to the circumstances and will not apply where prohibited by law.

If you do not attend an appointment or are unavailable at the agreed appointment location without reasonable notice, the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment.

Repeated cancellations, late cancellations or missed appointments may result in future bookings being subject to additional booking requirements.

Delays and Appointment Times

Appointment times are indicative and may be affected by clinical circumstances, travel, traffic, previous appointments, emergencies or other matters outside our reasonable control.

We will endeavour to arrive within the agreed appointment window.

Where we are delayed for a significant period, we will endeavour to notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.

You are responsible for allowing sufficient time for the appointment and should not schedule other commitments that may interfere with the safe completion of the service.

Access to the Appointment Location

For mobile services, you are responsible for ensuring that the nominated location is reasonably suitable for the safe provision of the service.

You must provide:

  • safe and reasonable access to the property;
  • a clean and appropriate area for the service;
  • adequate lighting and ventilation where reasonably required;
  • appropriate seating or positioning for the client;
  • access to necessary facilities; and
  • a safe environment for our healthcare professional.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service if the environment is considered unsafe, unsuitable or otherwise inappropriate for the provision of healthcare services.

Safety and Infection Control

We maintain appropriate professional, clinical and infection-control practices applicable to the services we provide.

Clients are required to follow reasonable instructions given by our healthcare professionals during an appointment.

We may discontinue a service where continuing would present an unacceptable clinical, safety or professional risk.

Adverse Reactions and Medical Emergencies

As with any healthcare service, adverse reactions or unexpected circumstances may occur.

Our healthcare professionals will respond to clinical concerns in accordance with their professional obligations, clinical judgement and applicable procedures.

Where a medical emergency occurs or urgent medical attention is considered necessary, emergency medical services may be contacted.

You acknowledge that Nutrifusion Wellness is not a substitute for emergency medical care.

If you experience a medical emergency at any time, you should contact emergency services or seek appropriate medical attention.

Refusal or Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, postpone or terminate a service where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • the service is considered clinically inappropriate or unsuitable;
  • the client does not provide required health information;
  • informed consent is not provided or is withdrawn;
  • the client provides inaccurate or materially incomplete information;
  • the client fails to comply with reasonable clinical instructions;
  • the environment is unsafe or unsuitable;
  • the healthcare professional considers that continuing the service would present an unacceptable risk;
  • the client is intoxicated or otherwise unable to provide informed consent;
  • there is abusive, threatening, intimidating, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour;
  • there is harassment or disrespectful conduct towards a healthcare professional or other staff member;
  • the client behaves in a manner that compromises the safety, dignity or wellbeing of staff or others; or
  • the service cannot reasonably be provided in accordance with applicable law, professional standards or clinical requirements.

We have a zero-tolerance approach to violence, threats, harassment, intimidation and abusive or disrespectful behaviour towards our healthcare professionals and staff.

Where a service is refused or terminated for clinical or safety reasons, we will act in accordance with applicable law and professional obligations.

Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during appointments.

To the extent permitted by law, Nutrifusion Wellness is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to an appointment unless caused by our negligence or other circumstances for which we are legally responsible.

Communications

We may communicate with you regarding bookings, appointments, payments, services, follow-up information and other matters relevant to your relationship with us.

You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information provided to us is accurate and current.

Where electronic communication is used, you acknowledge that no electronic communication method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Website Information

Information published on our website is provided for general informational purposes.

Website content does not replace individual health assessment, professional advice or clinical judgement.

Information regarding our services should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular health outcome.

We reserve the right to update website content, service descriptions, availability and pricing from time to time.

Refunds

Refunds will be considered in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law and the circumstances giving rise to the request.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Where a service has been provided in accordance with the agreed service and applicable requirements, a refund will not automatically be available merely because a client changes their mind or does not experience their preferred outcome, subject to any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

Events Outside our Reasonable Control

We may need to cancel, postpone or reschedule an appointment due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • severe weather;
  • road closures or significant travel disruption;
  • illness or injury of a healthcare professional;
  • emergencies;
  • equipment failure;
  • power or telecommunications failure;
  • safety concerns;
  • government restrictions; or
  • other circumstances that prevent the service from being safely or reasonably provided.

Where reasonably practicable, we will notify you and endeavour to reschedule the appointment.

Changes to Service and Terms

We may update our services, pricing, procedures and these Terms from time to time.

The current version of these Terms will be made available on our website.

Where changes materially affect an existing booking, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nutrifusion Wellness will not be liable for loss or damage arising from matters outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any liability, consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian law.

Where Australian Consumer Law applies, nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights.
